Customer Service Representative
(Reports to CSR Supervisor & Ops Manager)
Location: Minden, NV
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls for the office and following-up with the staff to make sure the calls get answered promptly. Help troubleshoot customer service issues, which includes assisting guests with connecting to Internet and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for clients and the ability to be kind, respectful and courteous to all clients - at all times.
- Informing the Account Liaison throughout the day of new service requests; if not available or after hours, informing on-call staff, CSR Supervisor, or Ops Manager of any and all Level II support issues.
- Ensuring accurate data integrity with the CSR Pages.
- Managing multiple tasks and performing additional projects as requested (ie: wiring projects, hardware setup, configuration, housekeeping duties etc…).
- Maintaining client and vendor files. Keeping them organized and easy-to-use.
- Assisting new clients with set up and review of our services and rates.
- Create word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for marketing, sales, and management.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma (Associates Degree preferred) and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Must have Basic Computer Knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required, database systems a plus.
